Marco Polo was born in 1254. Marco lived in a city called Venice. By the time Marco's father returned from his explorations, Marco was 14 years old! When his father 1)disided to go on another exploration, he agreed to take Marco 2)by him. A few years later, Marco Polo, his father, and his father's friend left on a long trip.
Marco Polo discovered many riches of Asia! When he returned, no one 3)beelived his stories. Marco Polo showed them some of the riches he had brought home. That made Marco Polo famous. When Marco was dying, a priest came in 4)her room to ask him if he'd like to admit that his stories were false. Instead, Marco said,"I did not tell half of what I saw".
Marco Polo was a great explorer. Marco was not 5)scaring at all when they left to go on the trip. He was also very determined. Marco Polo was very courageous too. He wasn't scared of the people in the different 6)kuntrys he visited. Marco Polo was a very brave, determined, and courageous explorer.
